When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:
APPOINTMENTS
We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service.
Due to limited availability, we require a deposit to book your appointment.
At the time of service/checkout, this deposit will be applied to your total session price and will be deducted. You may visit our web page to schedule an appointment.
Please give yourself plenty of time so that you can arrive relaxed and ready for your treatment. We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes early before your treatment to check in, change clothes, and secure your personal belongings.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment, so the next guest will not be delayed. If you are a late arrival, you will be charged for the full appointment. If it is your first visit or we have not seen you in a while, you will need to fill out the spa forms for our records.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by e-mail at jjesthicarespa@outlook.com or via text/call at (813) 312-4048. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or withhold any deposit made if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled. Please be advised, any late arrival of 15 minutes or more results in automatic cancellation and forfeit of scheduled service.
ANY APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF $5.00 FOR ONLINE PROCESSING FEES AND CHARGES.
ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
ALL “NO SHOWS” WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
We recognize the time of our clients and esthetician is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely. It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
SICK OR FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse.
PAYMENT POLICY
A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. At this time, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Before your treatment, please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. This information is to ensure a safe service and is protected as highly confidential information.
Please note, individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, and cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed. Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur, however, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, spa services are non-refundable.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We recommend leaving all jewelry and valuable items at home. We will provide a space where the client can store their belongings during the treatment. JJ ESTHICARE SPA is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the price of services. Gratuities are graciously accepted by spa personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, the standard gratuity is 15% – 20% of the cost of service provided.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
Cell phones and all mobile devices must be in vibration mode or put on silent when checking in (during the facial treatment).
CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT
Due to our limited seating and our guest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facility is reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children, this policy is strictly enforced.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
